Padel2day processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

  • First and last name (You are not required to provide your full first and last name.)
  • Gender
  • Email Address
  • IP address
  • Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website and in correspondence
  • Locations where you play padel
  • Information about your activities on our website

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Organisers can organise events for website visitors under the age of 16. Before a child under the age of 16 can register for events on padel2day, a parent or guardian must give permission once. The collection and processing of personal data from children is done in the same way as for adults. We always advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us via the contact option in the footer and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data

Padel2day processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • E-mail you if this is necessary to perform our services
  • To inform you about changes to our services and products
  • Allow you to create an account and signup for padel events
  • Create a player profile to match you with other padel players

How long we keep personal data

Padel2day does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Padel2day does not sell your information to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Padel2day remains responsible for these processing operations.

Padel2day only uses technical and functional cookies. And analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and, for example, remember your preferred settings.
