  • Kickstart Coach Help new customers get started

Location: Partly at home, partly office (middle of the Netherlands), partly at customer's.
    Hours: 24-36 hours per week.

Do you love padel and do you enjoy helping clubs and organizers organize cool events with Padel2Day? Then we are looking for you!

Padel2Day is the event management system for the padel world and offers clubs and organizers endless possibilities to easily organize successful events. We are growing quickly and are looking for an enthusiastic Kickstart Coach with a passion for padel and strong communication skills.

What are you going to do?

    • You guide new customers intensively in the first 2 months; you teach them all the ins & outs of Padel2Day, so that they can organize padel events independently.
    • You organize and support kick-off events, such as our popular EARLY BIRDS® sessions at customers' locations.
    • You are the first point of contact (helpdesk) for questions and support.
    • You identify where customers get stuck and translate this into solutions, tips, explanations or input for our product team.
    • You see opportunities and actively think along with customers and the Padel2Day team.
    • You work partly at home, partly at the office and regularly with the customer (throughout the country).

    Who are we looking for?

    • You have a strong passion for padel.
    • Communication strong: you make contact easily, can explain clearly and think customer-oriented.
    • You quickly understand how (digital) systems work and want to understand P2D, the event management software for our customers, in detail and explain it to customers.
    • You are proactive and point out areas for improvement to novice customers.
    • You enjoy working in a varied and hands-on manner.
    • Good padel skills? This is an advantage - you regularly play with customers and the Padel2Day team also sometimes plays with each other.
    • You are independent and flexible (you can easily switch between online, office and customer visits).

    What do we offer?

    • Working in a sporty, enthusiastic team with a shared passion for padel.
    • Lots of freedom and variety: personal responsibility and direct contact with customers.
    • Extensive training so you can quickly master P2D.
    • Competitive salary + travel allowance.
    • Regularly play padel (with your colleagues and with customers).
    • Opportunities to further develop within our growing company.
