Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Organizers have the option to organize padel events for children. Before a child, under the age of 16, can register for events on Padel2Day, a parent or guardian must give one-time consent. The collection and processing of children's personal data is done in the same way as for adults. We always advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us via the contact option in the footer, and we will delete this information.

Sharing personal data with third parties
Padel2Day only shares your personal data with third parties to the extent necessary for the provision of services, in compliance with the aforementioned purposes. When you buy credits from an organization or participate in events of an organization, we share your personal data with that organization. In addition, Padel2Day may provide personal data to a third party, such as a supervisory authority or another public authority, to the extent that there is a legal obligation to do so. If necessary, Padel2Day enters into a processing agreement with a third party to ensure that the third party also acts in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.
